We make every effort to maintain the house in good order, comfortably furnished and attractively decorated. This extends to the garden, which is well maintained so that residents can take full advantage of it when the weather permits.
We aim to provide a wide range of organised and informal activities for residents of all abilities and interests. Residents are encouraged to continue existing interests and activities and take up new ones.
We provide many opportunities for residents to enjoy activities and entertainment such as: - walks in the garden and in the village, reminiscence sessions, bingo, music and movement, quizzes, sing-a-longs and visits to local places of interest. A short service with Holy Communion is conducted each month by the local vicar and residents attend local church services regularly.
